Timoii operates this website. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Timoii. We provide this website—including all information, tools, and services available here—to you, the user, subject to your acceptance of our Terms of Service and related policies. By accessing our site or participating in voting or badge activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms or policies referenced within.

Timoii offers interactive features that allow users to vote on design ideas, collections, or other creative content. Active participants may earn recognition through digital “Badges” to celebrate engagement, creativity, or community support. These badges have no monetary value but serve as virtual recognition of participation and achievements within the Timoii community.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or our services. We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This system is designed to be fun and transparent while maintaining fairness and integrity for all users.
Voting Rules
  • Each eligible user may vote according to the limits stated for each event or poll.
  • Multiple accounts, automated voting, or any attempts to manipulate results are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to void any votes or disqualify users who engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Voting results may be used internally for product development, marketing, or to inform design decisions.
Badge System
  • Badges are virtual recognitions awarded to users for specific activities, such as voting, participation, or community contributions.
  • Badges have no monetary or property value and do not represent any ownership, partnership, or employment relationship with Timoii.
  • Timoii reserves the right to grant, modify, or revoke badges at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, policy violations, or system updates.
  • Badges may change in name, design, or criteria over time as the platform evolves.
Data Collection and Privacy

When you participate in voting or earn badges, Timoii may collect limited information necessary to verify participation and manage your account, including:

  • Your Timoii account ID
  • Votes submitted
  • Badge history
  • Your email address if you are signed into your Timoii account

Some voting events are hosted using YouFrom, a third-party processor. YouFrom collects and processes your email and voting data on our behalf to ensure that each user votes only once and to track badge eligibility.

We use Make.com, another third-party processor, to securely transfer this information from YouFrom to Shopify, where your badges are assigned to your user account.

All data processing by YouFrom, Make.com, and Shopify is done on our behalf, and they act as third-party processors under applicable privacy laws.

We process all collected information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Fair Use and Community Conduct

You agree to participate in a fair and respectful manner.

Any form of manipulation, spam, or harassment related to the voting or badge system may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and removal of badges.
Third-Party Authentication

If you use Google Sign-In to access your Timoii account while voting or earning badges, you authorize Timoii to access your Google account information (name, email, profile picture) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Google access at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
Modifications

Timoii may update, suspend, or discontinue the voting or badge system at any time without notice.

We may also update this Voting & Badges Policy periodically to reflect changes in our platform, third-party services, or applicable laws. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
