Return & Refund Policy

This Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Timoii (“Timoii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages returns, exchanges, and refunds in connection with products purchased through our website and affiliated services (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy forms an integral part of our broader Terms of Service and governs your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Overview

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds related to purchases made through Timoii. By placing an order with Timoii, the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein. Due to the personalized nature of our merchandise, returns are permitted only under limited and specific circumstances as described in this Policy.

Eligibility for Returns or Reprints

Returns or reprints will only be accepted if the item received is defective, materially damaged in transit, or contains a verifiable manufacturing error. Claims for issues such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or mistaken orders will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

All items must be returned in an unused, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact, unless the item was received in damaged or defective condition.

Timoii reserves the right to inspect all returned items and deny any return that does not meet the stated conditions.

Return & Refund Process

All requests for return, refund, or reprint must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@timoii.org and must include the following:

  • Full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence clearly documenting the issue
  • For multi-item issues, all affected items must be visible in one frame

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied. If your request is approved, you will receive next steps for resolution, which may include reprint, refund, or store credit.

Return Conditions & Obligations

You are required to return any incorrect or defective item to us upon request, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to return the original item may result in denial of your claim or reversal of any issued refund or credit.

Returns sent without prior written approval from Timoii will not be accepted or processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless explicitly waived by Timoii.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Timoii does not accept returns for worn, altered, or intentionally damaged goods.

Refund Terms

If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency.

Refunds will not be processed until the returned item is received (if required) and inspected. Store credit or partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, at Timoii’s discretion.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations and Order Modifications

Orders that have not entered production may be canceled in full upon request. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may be denied.

If shipment has not occurred but production has begun, only the shipping fee may be eligible for refund.

Delays caused by inaccurate shipping information, design modifications, or customer-side changes do not qualify for compensation. Timoii will determine if delays qualify for partial refunds (up to 10%) at its sole discretion.

Timoii’s Rights and Discretion

Timoii reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or reprint request that, in its sole judgment, fails to meet the requirements set forth in this Policy. The submission of a claim does not guarantee approval or remedy.

Use of our services constitutes agreement to this Policy. Nothing herein obligates Timoii to provide remedies outside of those explicitly stated.

Policy Updates and Changes

Timoii reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes to this policy are effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services or placement of orders after such changes constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
